In this video, I cover teaching your child to read using sight words. Sight words are those tricky words that your child is trying so hard to sound out but can’t. Why? Because they are break a lot of phonetic rules. They must be read by sight, or memorized.

Letter sounds is an important step in teaching your child how to read. Once your child is able to identify the sounds to each letter, they can start blending these sounds into reading words!
